Sports Performance

All our programs have been designed by our Sports Performance Specialists to improve an athlete’s overall athleticism. Specifically these programs are designed to improve the following:

  • Change of Direction
  • Coordination
  • Proprioception
  • Flexibility
  • Strength
  • Trunk & Proximal Joint Stability

Sports Performance Training is offered in one on one or a small group format with up to 10–12 athletes in a group. Groups are formed based on athletes of similar ages, sports and/or ability level. Sessions may be 60 or 90 minutes in duration.
