Our Adult Rally class is ideal for helping adults reach a variety of goals, including:

Rally is a 12-week progressive program that includes:

  • Performance Training sessions with our performance specialists
  • Initial nutrition consultation & periodic follow-ups
  • Post-workout recovery shake
  • Education on making healthy lifestyle changes
