Throwing Velocity Athlete,
The testing date is Tuesday, September 28th from 7-9pm at EXOS @ Raleigh Orthopaedic. Attendance is required in order to record baseline velocity and explosiveness.
Make sure to arrive between 6:30-6:45pm in order to register and make your final payment. The payments can be made with a check or a credit card. Please have your athletes bring gym shoes and a baseball glove. Call EXOS @ Raleigh Orthopaedic (Aye Thu) at 919-876-1100 with any questions.
